Safety Tips
 
The four most important safety facts:
Wear a life jackets around the water — 9 people drown every day!
Have a working smoke alarm in your home particularly near where you sleep — 10 people die in house fires every day.
Don’t drive under the influence 33 people die in vehicle collisions under the influence of drugs and alcohol every day.
Wear your seat belt — 93 people die in vehicle collisions every day.

July 7 - Station 7 from 6-10pm (Monday)

July 12 - Station 7 from 8am - 5pm (Saturday)

July 14 - Station 7 from 6pm - 10pm (Monday)

July 16 - Station 7 from 6pm - 10pm (Wednesday)

July 19 - Station 7 from 8am - 5pm (Saturday)

July 21 - Station 7 from 6pm - 10pm (Monday)

Basic & Advanced RIT Tactics

Be sure to mark your calendars for a great upcoming training.

Jason Hoevelman will be presenting Basic & Advanced RIT Tactics class on November 10 & 11 at Station 7.

This will be two days of intensive training on Rapid Intervention Team Tactics

Day 1 : Saturday November 10th will be Basic Rapid Intervention Team Tactics

Day 2:  Sunday November 11th will be Advanced Rapid Intervention Team Tactics

Class will begin each day at 8:30am and will conclude at 5pm.

Ignitable Liquids & Class B Foam Course

The Fire District is hosting an Ignitable Liquids and Class B Foam Course coming up on Saturday August 4th.  Class will begin at 8am and will continue until 8pm or may end sooner depending on how the class goes.

There is a mandatory registration process for this course throught the SEMA Training Website.  If you are currently a registered user, simply go to http://training.dps.mo.gov/sematraining.nsf/TrainingSchedule and then scroll down to find the course.  Simply click on the course title to register.
